  • Vendor spaces are 10x10 and the registration fee is $40

  • Approved nonprofit vendors who do not generate revenue are $10.

  • Food Truck space is 20x10 and the registration fee is $60. Food Tent space is 10x10 and registration fee is $40.

Vendor Rules
  • No commercial or imported products may be sold

  • Commercial food vendors need to submit FDACS or DPBR license, if applicable

  • Vendors are responsible for all sales taxes, both collection and payment

  • No alcohol is permitted on the grounds unless specifically exempt by the city.

  • Setup time is 7:30-8:30 am on Saturday; breakdown from 5-6 pm

  • Suwannee Festivals reserves the right to accept or deny any exhibit based on products sold or distributed

  • Vendors must supply their own booth, tent, equipment and carts or wagons to move products. Tents MUST be anchored down.

  • No electricity or water is available. If you are using a portable generator, please let us know

  • Vendors must clear all trash and leave the area in the same condition they found it.

  • Vendors who do not follow the rules may be prohibited from exhibiting in future year or other festivals

  • By registering as a vendor you attest that you have read these rules and agree to abide by them.

  • Food Vendors may serve or sell items as approved by Suwannee Festival organizers. Please attach menu with application.

  • Nonprofit organizations which do not generate revenue may set up for a discounted rate. Nonprofit organizations that sell items, raffle tickets, accept donations or generate revenue will be subject to a vendor fee, unless otherwise discussed with festival organizers.
